Gary Nixon - CEO

Gary Nixon brings to CIMA more than 30 years of automotive industry experience, including 11 years in senior sales, parts and information-technology roles at Volkswagen, Porsche and Audi of America where he headed the creation and installation of their nationwide dealership system. Most recently Nixon served for 13 years as senior vice president with ADP where he was elected twice to Sales Chairman of the Board and inducted into their Sales Hall of Fame. In addition, he was partner and director of sales & marketing for Ernst & Young, LLP.

Garry Carter - COO

Garry Carter has more than 25 years of business experience, primarily in the medical device industry. Prior to joining CIMA, Carter was president and CEO of SURx, a venture-funded medical device company which he lead from the initial concept through clinical testing, regulatory approval and initial commercialization. Previously he held general management positions at Furon Company and the Surgitek subsidiary of Bristol-Myers Squibb. Carter holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Marquette University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and the holder of 28 U.S. Patents.

Christian McCarrick - CTO

As CTO, Christian McCarrick brings to CIMA extensive development, operations, and management experience across a broad range of technology companies. Previous to joining CIMA, McCarrick served as V.P. of Technology at ParkingCarma, and prior to that served as V.P. of Technology at EscapeHomes.com and TotalMove.com. McCarrick has led technology teams at Sybase, NetCentric, LiveCapital, has started and sold several technology startups, most notably Hosting.com, and has won multiple industry awards, including the Speech Technology Magazine 2006 most innovative solution award. With proven expertise in high transaction Web applications, mobile application development, CRM systems, interactive speech applications, data center operations, search engine optimization and much more, McCarrick holds bachelor’s degrees in English and Biology from College of the Holy Cross.
