It then compares those names to the National Change of Address (NCoA) service and checks for name/address validation and then extracts from various resources the respective email address applicable to the customer. Once captured, CIMA automatically emails your customer for their permission to communicate their vehicle service due notifications, your important dealership promotions and events, coupons and recall notifications etc.
